on a lighter note
read some gossip today about how Patrick Swayze could not be talked into doing a Dirty Dancing sequel. Apparently the script was so bad that he just couldn't do it. Which leads me to question whether or not he read the script to Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights.
Yes, I actually paid money to see Havana Nights. It was a girls night out. We thought we'd give it a try. Mr. Swayze had a cameo in this movie. Baically the movie was the same as the first Dirty Dancing, only different setting (Havana, Cuba), and an issue of race and class more than just class standing (rich vs. poor). The movie, in my and my friends opinions, was no where near the caliber of the first one.
